Directions from Pocatello's Clark Street Exit off I-15: From Interstate 15 take the Clark Street Exit (Exit #69) and head east. Follow Clark Street east for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right (south) on Hospital Way and take the first left on Toscano Way into the Tuscany Plaza. The DEQ building is the first building on the north side of Toscano Way (#300).
